Those platforms take 15–30% of every session and own your client relationships. Kyoshi charges a flat monthly fee — you keep 100% of your earnings and your clients are yours.
What payment methods do clients use?
Clients pay via Stripe Checkout using credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other local payment methods. Payments go directly to your Stripe account.
Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes, but setup takes 5 minutes during onboarding. Stripe handles payments, invoicing, and tax compliance.
How does Google Calendar sync work?
When you connect your Google account, Kyoshi reads your calendar in real time. Clients only see slots when you're genuinely free — no double bookings.
Can my clients request refunds?
Yes. Unused session credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase, in line with EU consumer rights. After 14 days, credits remain usable until expiry (12 months).
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. Cancel anytime from your settings page — no dark patterns, no hidden fees. Your booking links continue to work on the Free tier.
